Step 2 — How It Works (The Science)

HI-EMT technology uses high-energy focused electromagnetic waves to induce powerful, supramaximal muscle contractions that cannot be achieved through voluntary exercise. This forces muscle tissue to adapt by building new protein chains and muscle fibers (muscle hyperplasia) and enlarging existing fibers (myofibril growth), increasing muscle density and volume over time. The same intense contractions trigger a large release of fatty acids from fat cells. When fat cells are exposed to these excessive fatty acid levels, they undergo apoptosis (programmed cell death), and the dead cells are gradually cleared from the body through normal metabolic processes over the following weeks.

Step 6 — Precautions Before Use

• Remove any metal jewelry before treatment
• Touch the probe to the skin vertically before switching on; start at the lowest energy level and increase gradually based on the client's tolerance
• Eating or drinking during the treatment is not permitted; wait at least one hour after the session

• Avoid overeating; maintain balanced meals and adequate sleep
• Moisturize and apply sun protection following treatment
• Avoid spicy food
• Avoid hot springs and saunas for three days after treatment

• Inspect the instrument and power connections regularly; confirm the outlet is properly grounded
• Check the power cord for damage before each use; stop use immediately if damaged
• Clean the device casing regularly with a damp cloth and mild soapy or neutral cleaner while powered off
• Turn off power and unplug before replacing the fuse to prevent electric shock
